When you make a deposit to ProfitWallet from your wallet, it may currently take some time for your transfer to be picked up and processed by a miner on the blockchain.
During this period, market prices can fluctuate significantly, and a credit to ProfitWallet may be of lower or higher value than the value at the time of your transfer.
As a community project, we do not focus on individual cases but rather on the collective user base. We have established clear rules for crediting and withdrawal that apply to all users equally, ensuring equal treatment of all community members.
A deposit is credited to the user but not automatically converted by us.
We credit the balance to the user with the 3rd confirmation on the blockchain, even if we have not yet completed any conversion at that time.
To minimize the exchange rate risk for the community, we credit deposits based on the lowest exchange rate of the past 8 hours. If a user wishes to align their deposits with market price movements, they can determine the expected exchange rate through this method. You can visit pages like Coinmarketcap or Coingecko as indicators of exchange rates.
Please note that we also charge a 5% fee on the deposit, which is deducted at the time of deposit.
Here's an example:
(8h minimum 29176 $ maximum 29422 $)
A credit would be made at the exchange rate of $29,176.
