Explanation of the Career and Sales Development Program

ProfitWallet offers an additional bonus to partners who actively participate in team building through the Affiliate program.

This bonus is a fixed amount credited monthly to the balance after achieving a rank under certain conditions.

The bonus for all bonus levels comes from 5% of the monthly earnings.

The following conditions must be met to qualify for the bonus:

👷 Consultant: at least 3 direct customers with a total of $5,000 USD in personal sales volume in the first level. I must have personally deposited at least $50 USD to have the Customer status.
👨‍💻 Manager: at least 3 direct Consultants + $20,000 USD team volume.
👨‍💼 Senator: at least 3 direct Managers + $100,000 USD team volume.
👨‍✈️ Director: at least 3 direct Senators + $500,000 USD team volume.

A user is considered a customer if they have a minimum balance of $50 USD in ProfitWallet. Only deposits are considered, not earnings or commissions from the downline.

Once a new rank is achieved, the required volume must be maintained for 30 days. If the sales volume or the number of required partners falls below the necessary threshold, the partner will be immediately downgraded. The current bonus start date will then be used for payment.

Example:

If you achieve the Manager rank on December 15th, a new bonus start date will be set to December 15th for the bonus payment to be made 30 days later. Assuming all conditions are met, the bonus will be automatically credited to your wallet.

If you lose the requirements (volume falls below the required amount or one of your direct partners is no longer a Consultant), you will also be downgraded. With the downgrade, the current start date will be maintained, and the Consultant rank bonus of $100 USD will be paid (provided this bonus has not already been received 3 times).

The following bonus payments will be credited to your wallet after achieving the above-mentioned criteria:

👷 Consultant: a maximum of 3x $100 USD bonus (at least 3 direct customers with a total of $5,000 USD personal sales volume in the first level).
👨‍💻 Manager: monthly $400 USD bonus (at least 3 direct Consultants + $20,000 USD team volume).
👨‍💼 Senator: monthly $2,000 USD bonus (at least 3 direct Managers + $100,000 USD team volume).
👨‍✈️ Director: monthly $10,000 USD bonus (at least 3 direct Senators + $500,000 USD team volume).

If the cost for the bonus payments no longer fits the 5% of monthly earnings guideline, changes may be made to restore the 5% in alignment with the community's interests.
