How to perform KYC (Know Your Customer).
Below you will find a step-by-step guide to the process.
In the ProfitWallet FAQ section you will find the following point:

Press the /StartKYC button and the following screen will appear
Now you will receive the next info in ProfitWallet with your personal verification link to SumSub.
You will now be forwarded to the browser on your mobile phone or if you are doing it on the PC and can now start the verification directly with our provider SumSub.
The process follows on the following pages.
Step 1. Privacy Policy
Make sure your web or mobile camera is connected and working.
Click Start and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please read and accept our privacy policy by ticking the appropriate boxes. With this, Sumsub gives consent to the processing of your personal data.
Step 2. Email Verification
Please enter your email address for support queries and confirm it. You will then be sent a verification code to the email address you provided, which you must now enter to complete the confirmation.
Step 3. ID document
Select the country and ID card type you want to use.
Upload the photos of the ID document.
You can start the review on desktop and switch to mobile if needed.
Press Continue on your phone to switch to mobile using a QR code or link.
You can use any official government document - ID card, passport, driver's license, etc. - that is still valid for at least one month after the current date.

Please keep this in mind when taking photos
the information on the document must be legible,
all corners of the document should be visible within the frame,
two-sided or double-sided documents must have all pages/sides photographed,
Acceptable file types are JPEG and PDF with a minimum size of 500 KB.
Step 4. Liveness check
Face the camera and slowly spin your head in circles to complete our liveness check. The liveness check confirms that we are dealing with the owner of the document and not a scammer.
Please try to keep your face within the frame throughout the procedure.
You can switch from desktop to mobile at this or any other step in the verification process.
Step 5. Proof of residency
Submit photos of proof of residence for validation - just like you uploaded your ID document.

Please keep this in mind when taking photos
Electricity bills and bank statements must not be older than 3 months and must be printed out on an official form,
the document must contain your full name (the same as on your identity document),
address and date of issue, all corners of the document should be within the frame,
the documents must be different from those used in steps 2 and 4.

Step 6. Verify your phone number
Please enter your telephone number and confirm it. You will then receive a code on your mobile phone, which you must now enter to complete the confirmation.
Step 7. Review your records
Now all you have to do is wait while Sumsub checks your data. This does not last long and the The status of your application is automatically updated on your screen.
If something goes wrong, you will receive a message with clear instructions on how to solve the problem on this page.
